Summary:
A Fractured European countries. A Parallel Globe. A Global Risk. Union has come. The Community has become the largest nation in Europe; trains run there from as significantly afield as London and Prague. It is a time of unprecedented peacefulness and prosperity. So what is the reason for an enormous terrorist outrage? Why do the city and Europe meet up with in magic formula, exchanging hostages? And who are Les Coureurs des Bois?
