Fifteen years ago Bettina May’s life’s veered off course in one disastrous night. Still reeling from your shock of shedding everything she believed was hers, Bettina starts a bakery in a town and throws herself into the convenience of bread-making.

She spends her times kneading dough and measuring substances. She meets somebody. She begins to heal.
