If there’s a very important factor Warlock Marcus Shifter hates it’s the Delwinn Council, the regulating body of the magical community. Between your grudges many in the Council harbor because he strolled from magic, and his suspicions that somebody is working to undermine a twenty-year serenity using the non-magical Normals, they really do not get along.

Marcus has spent months hunting the traitor, infiltrating the Council and helping with “menial tasks” want repairing unstable rifts in the fabric of fact.
