Our third and final installment of the three component exploration of the profession of Elvis Presley takes a look at the last years for the legendary singer who we first became alert to in 1954 when he released his 1st one “That’s Alright Mama” on Sunlight Records. That initial single marked the beginning of an amazing career during which he rose to become the most well-known rock and roll star in the world.

Friends and affiliates share their recollections from the Elvis that they knew in those years with host Wink Martindale and we hear from Presley himself, who have takes a take a look at his own career. Eventually the globe would bid farewell to Presley in August of 1977 when he passed away. His legacy survives and he remaining an unbelievable body of function that continues to attract new generations of fans to this day.
