In the mean time she must deal with a new love and the knowledge of when she’ll die, to the exact day. Created for combat, Bruna can manipulate a plasma gun much better than she can navigate issues of the center. This story of love, prejudice, and ecoterrorism makes apparent that though the future might show up very different in many ways, history can’t help but repeat itself.
