When I was three years old, I used to be found homeless in the woods, by itself and feral.

When asked the way i survived all of those years by myself, I had developed one answer: the Shadow Man. I have no memory of this time. No storage of anything, actually, before the accident. I rely on stories from my fathers concerning this intended imaginary friend. Experienced a fight at college? The Shadow Synthetic me. Stole from a shop? He forced me to. Snuck out of our home? He was included with me.

I had almost completely forgotten about him. Until I transfer to the horror house-the home rumored to be always a gateway to hell. Unusual things keep happening, and I am helpless to prevent them. Moreover, people keep dying. Particularly, individuals who harm me.

It’s already challenging to survive a new high school and city (like the attention of a dangerous gang), however now I have to survive spirits too? One thing becomes painstakingly apparent:
