Neil Simon takes a good take a look at apartment life, profession and role reversals, a nervous breakdown, and the like, torture, treatment, or inertia that somehow keeps a few in a relationship for quite some time. At points, it’s laugh-out-loud funny; at additional times, it includes sensitive insight into the human being condition. Fast-moving dialog with non-stop Simon quips and jokes performed extremely well by two great actors: who could require more?
