When Scott Alan gets a telephone call that his brother was hurt on the logging job, he rushes to Brian’s side, and then find that his injuries are minor-but not before he meets Hank Ballam, an adrenaline-seeking logger who’s an outcast among his co-workers.

Hank is a report on the other hand: he lives for the hurry of climbing and reducing trees almost as much as he loves the tranquility he sees exploring the mountains he calls home. Scott’s appeal to Hank is certainly immediate and mind-blowing, and it’s what Scott has always wished: to know what it’s like to love someone he can’t live without.

Scott needs to know if Hank’s true emotions will be a roar of enthusiasm or just a quiet companionship, one that doesn’t match Scott’s devotion. Nonetheless it may be too late… Scott just can’t help himself from dropping hard for Hank.
