Advice #1 – Initial, purge your apartment of all things him-by tossing his belongings off the balcony.

Suggestions #2 – Do not, We repeat do not, throw anything out in to the hallway because you’ll injure your hot fresh neighbor.

Guidance #3 – When said neighbor brings over Chinese Food do not let him stay and preserve you business. It’s awkward when you understand he’s your boss.

Information #4 – Accept his present to assist you with your side business but think before utilizing a day to his sister’s wedding as collateral.

Tips #5 – Investigate who your mystery neighbor is really. Don’t trust his term also if he’s the world’s best kisser.

If you pay attention to nothing at all else, pay attention to that last one. It is the most important and can save you a whole lot of heartache.
