Summary:
Jack is back again, tangled inside a fight to retrieve a stolen Japanese katana, the fabled Gaijin Masamune. Half a century ago, this famous blade disappeared in the Hiroshima Peacefulness Museum. Right now the sword continues to be taken from the son of the initial thief, who normally converts to all-around fix-it man and reluctant hero, Repairman Jack port. Jack soon discovers that it’s more than simply everyday thieves who would like the sword – therefore do his personal enemies. Plagued by recurring longs for the knife, Kicker head Hank Thompson vows to own it. A Kaze Group chairman covets the tool for his private collection and sends Hideo Takita to claim it. The fanatical Kakureta Kao cult will kill to obtain it. And, most importantly, there’s the inexplicable thief, who shows no sign of being willing to give up the katana. Following his usual MO of “Let’s you and him combat,” Jack maneuvers all edges right into a bloody melee from which he plans to waltz aside with the fabled sword. Of course, items never move as planned.
