Doctor Who, the TV series which millions adore, may be the motivation for these three original radio plays. Blue Veils and Golden Sands, by Martyn Wade, can be a dramatised accounts of Delia Derbyshire’s early days on the BBC Radiophonic Workshop, and her later on recollections of that period. In Dalek, I Love You, by Colin Sharpe, Nigel’s obsession with Doctor Who is a way to obtain some concern to his mom.
