We talk as though we understand the term. The bank provides us a sophistication period. The seedy politician falls from sophistication. Musicians speak of a grace take note. We explain an celebrity as gracious, a dancer as elegant. We use the phrase for hospitals, baby women, kings, and premeal prayers. We talk as though we realize what grace means.

But do we really understand it? Have we settled for wimpy grace? It politely occupies a term within a hymn, matches nicely on the church sign. Under no circumstances causes difficulty or demands a about Elegance: A LOT MORE THAN We Deserve, HIGHER THAN We Imagine response. When asked, “Perform you genuinely believe in grace?” who could say no?
