It’s wintertime at Greenglass House. The creaky smuggler’s inn is normally always quiet in this period, and twelve-year-old Milo, the innkeepers’ adopted son, plans to invest his holidays relaxing. But within the initial icy nights vacation, out of nowhere, the visitor bell rings. After that rings again. And again. Soon Milo’s home is normally bursting with odd, secretive guests, each one bearing a strange story that’s somehow connected to the rambling aged house.
