Playwright Gil Landau is finally experiencing a Broadway smash after a long time of draught and disaster. Gil provides finally created an overnight sensation, but his reverie quickly becomes to stress when rumors begin circulating about the doubtful authorship of his play. Adding to the mix can be an unethical agent, a boozy leading woman, and Gil’s estranged kid, who is dealing with a nervous break down after wanting to jump from the top of the building.
