The 3rd episode, ‘Obscure Animal Facts’, from the BBC Radio 4 comedy series, ‘All from the Planet’s Wonders’, where award-winning comedian Josie Long attempts to raised herself through learning from reference books, with help from Irish comedian Maeve Higgins. Originally broadcast 4 March 2009 and repeated on 30 Dec 2010. In ‘Obscure Pet Facts’ Josie explores the fantastic world of animal trivia inside a bid to be the best quiz contestant. To do this she looks back at her animal rights activist past, queries why she grew out of this stage and interrogates her dad over his quiz-buff background. This episode features appearances from comedian Chris Neill, Josie’s Father, Geoff Long and web host of ‘Jordan, Jesse Proceed!’ and ‘The Sound of Small America’, Jesse Thorn.
