Mickey and Gina are a blue collar couple with the whole world ahead of them, until Tom’s drinking and Gina’s unrealized dreams rip them apart. Established against a backdrop of American background through the turbulent 60’s through the 80’s AIDS crisis, Northeast Local can be a bittersweet journey through marriage, divorce, and its aftermath.
