Satisfaction and Prejudice, a humor of manners and marriage, is the most famous of Jane Austen’s books. Within this dramatic adaption by Mary Keith Medbery Macakaye some liberties are used with the story and characters, but it is still a great listen or go through. Perhaps an excellent introduction for somebody not ready to tackle the entire novel ~ and for the reader familiar with the work, a laugh could be had in the changes that were made in order to adapt it to the stage.
