When among the Maugham family members meets an untimely death, it seems nearly impossible to work out who the murderer might be, until a distant relative from the family involves light. With the appearance of Hans Gerber, the situation becomes even more confusing, and Holmes must make use of every ounce of his skill to unravel this dastardly storyline.
