A parade of memorable characters emerge in the steam with this hilarious, supernatural bathhouse. There is certainly Tandy, fresh from teaching artwork appreciation at the Police Academy; Meredith, whose last storage is buying a micro-miniskirt; Biberman, a karate silver-belt who masquerades being a paraplegic; as well as the mystical Puerto Rican janitor given to omniscient musings and manipulating the fate of most mankind.
