After a brutal nuclear war, america was still left decimated. A little band of survivors ultimately banded together, but only after more issue over which family members would govern the new country. The Westfalls dropped. Fifty years later on, tranquility and control are managed by marrying the daughters of the losing side to the sons of the winning group inside a yearly ritual.
