After being held hostage throughout a robbery at the neighborhood convenience store, seventeen-year-old Edie finds her attitude about life shattered. Unwilling to put up with the snobbery and bullying at her personal school, she enrolls at the local public senior high school, crossing paths with John. The boy who risked his lifestyle to save lots of hers.

While Edie’s beginning to work wild, however, John’s beginning to settle down. After many years of partying and dealing drugs along with his older brother, he’s going straight-getting to course on time, and thinking about the future.

An unlikely connection grows between your two as John keeps Edie away of problems and helps her broaden her horizons. However when he helps her out with another first-losing her virginity-their camaraderie gets complicated.
