Throughout the 1970’s Dr. Samuel J. Citron had taken it upon himself to interview leading government bodies on particular topics in modern Jewish history, mostly associated with the Condition of Israel.

Over the course of ten years of painstaking function, he completed the immense task of pulling together personal accounts of many from the even more significant events from the last century.
