In Females and Leadership, the eminent legal scholar Deborah L. Rhode targets women’s underrepresentation in leadership functions and asks why it persists and what we are able to do about any of it. Although organizations generally stand to get from raising gender equity in management, women’s underrepresentation is usually consistent and pervasive.
